Wild Rose Botanicals is made by hand in small batches with love by Rachel, who magically develops thoughtfully crafted and curated botanical skincare. Every product is made fresh, infused with a slow living, cyclical nature built around ritual and ceremony. Our products are free of toxic and harmful ingredients. Because of the nature of working with raw organic plants, oils and butters free of synthetics we work in small batches as shelf life is not our goal, but quality from start to finish. 

Wild Rose is built on the core of the way we want to live our life - authentic, deliberate, and sustainable. Working with botanicals allow us to tap into this vibrational energy and bring you offerings that we hope provide wholeness, simplicity and light to your everyday rituals.

Returns + Exchanges 

We aim to satisfy each and every customer and want to resolve any issue that may arise. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for store credit please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. If your request is within the parameters of time allowed, we will offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. 

Please include the original packing slip with exchange shipments.

We do not assume responsibility for compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery. 

We do not issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen.

Shipping 

Our products are handcrafted and poured in small batches to ensure the freshest quality to you. Please allow 7 business days for your item to ship. 

Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends.

International Shipping 

Unexpected customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for these charges. International shipping may take up to one month before passing through customs and unfortunately this is beyond our control.

Cancellations 

All cancellations will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
